Being in the medical profession in Healthcare and Emergency Medical Services, we have the ability to provide technical advice on medical, hazmat, explosives, fire services, incident command, and many other technical situations. Giving advice on how to properly start IV's and how to respond to a mass casualty incident (MCI), is important to have quality, professional, actions on film.
